[Sidus TC Sync] Install and Update

Download, install, and update Sidus TC Sync on macOS and Windows.

Download the installer that matches your computer and processor:

  • macOS: macOS 12 or later. Choose the Intel build for Intel Macs or the Apple-silicon build for M-series Macs.
  • Windows: Windows 10 or later on an Intel or AMD x86 PC.

Install

  1. Download the appropriate Sidus TC Sync installer from the Sidus TC Sync software page.
  2. Open the downloaded installer.
  3. Follow the on-screen installation steps.
  4. Start Sidus TC Sync.

Update

  1. Close Sidus TC Sync.
  2. Download the latest installer for your platform and processor.
  3. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
  4. Open the application and confirm that your project opens normally before deleting older installers.

Before updating during an active production, keep a copy of the original media and any exported XMLs. Do not rely on an XML as a replacement for camera originals.
