[Sidus TC Sync] Create Your First Timecode-Sync Project

Use this workflow after camera cards and audio-recorder media have been copied to storage.

Create a new project in Sidus TC Sync.
Import the video folders and the separate audio folders for the shoot.
Let Sidus TC Sync analyze the media. It reads embedded timecode first where available and detects Audio LTC where it is present on an audio track.
Run synchronization.
Review the resulting timeline. Confirm that each camera angle and each production-audio file begins in the expected position.
Correct any clip that could not be read or was recorded with incorrect timecode.
Export the XML format for your NLE and import it there.

Before you start

Copy the full card structure where possible; do not rename or move files after import.
Keep every source file online until the XML has been imported and relinked successfully in the editing application.
When using Audio LTC, keep the LTC channel intact. Do not apply processing that changes its level, speed, or pitch before syncing.
