[Sidus Audio] User Experience Optimization Plan

Dear Sidus Audio™ App users,

[Sidus Link® Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "Us") aims to provide products better than users' expectation. In order to know your demands, improve the product quality and provide you with better product and service, we hereby invite you to participate in the user experience optimization plan of Sidus Audio™® App. Please read the following statement carefully. You agree with that you have carefully read and have totally agreed with the plan (minors shall be accompanied when reading this statement) when you join the Sidus Audio™ user experience optimization plan. Sidus Audio™® reminds you that along with development of the product, this statement may be changed from time to time. In the event of any change, we will publicize such changes on the relevant webpage of the Sidus Audio™ platform in an explicit way. If you do not agree with the change content, you are entitled to exit from the plan at any time. If you do not exit from the plan actively, it will be deemed that you accept the change of the plan.

Information Collection

Users who participate in this plan only send the following data to Sidus Audio™ App:

(1) Some communication information of your mobile phone, including: the unique identification of your mobile phone (e.g. OAID, Android_id, UUID), equipment ID generated at the user end, version number of thee mobile phone system, version number of the statistical SDK, source IP, App version number, hardware model, channel of the App store, Mac address, etc.

(2) The product feature usage information, aiming to make statistics on the specific use of each function, so that we can make a correct judgment on the importance of each product function to guide us to adjust the priority of product function research and development. For example, in the scene network management situation, the number of created scenes, the number of use times of each function, the number of clicks of the interface and so on should be collected, so that we can make our product better. Such fields include the report time, plug-in data controller, Sidus Audio™ account number, function, involved function module, user operation mode, etc.

Use of Information

Sidus Audio™ commits to strictly abide by relevant national laws and administrative regulations. Sidus Audio™ will strictly protect the confidentiality of the information collected, will only use such information for improving the product quality and the product service and will not provide such information for any third-party company irrelevant to this purpose.

Entry into and Exit from the Plan

Users are free to enable or disenable the plan at their own will in the "Workspace"-- "Setting"-- "Privacy Setting"-- "User Experience Optimization Plan" of Sidus Audio™ App. If the user enables the plan, it means that the user chooses to join the Sidus Audio™ user experience optimization plan; if the user disenables the plan, it means that the user exits from the user experience optimization plan.
